Christmas Hope

Christmas Hope

I wanted a decoration for my house so decided to do this picture frame. I used the back side of the frame as a shadow box. I colored Hope with my Copics. This was a lot of fun to make. I also handmade the poinsettias on the frame from a die. I can display her year after year.

Darling Layout

Darling Layout

Love the way this layout came out of my precious Little Miss Sunshine!.  I layered papers from Marion Smith's Garment District.   I layered the elements from the Garment District paper also and popped them up so it was dimensional.  I used some of the Junque & Gems including Resin Cream Rose and Geared Up.  I also took some of Marion's glitter stamens and bunched them up and glued them along side some roses....who says stamens need to be used only in the middle of flowers!  This was so much fun and the Garment District paper collection is so pretty and versatile.  Thanks for stopping by!!!!

Bloom Girl Tag!

Bloom Girl Sophie Tag

Creating this tag was so much fun using the Sophie stamp from Jamie Dougherty's Bloom Girl Collection!   I wanted to give her some island flair and decided to use the Seashore collection from Prima.  I also stamped and embossed the entire tag with aloha written in different fonts for a neat background effect.  I used some elements from the paper collection too! I used lots of flowers and sea shells and a bit of burlap.  She is so pretty and I love the way she turned out!

Fun Christmas Tag

Fun Christmas Tag

This was such a fun and quick tag to make.  I used a kraft tag and stamped it with the Festive Cheer stamp from Fun Stampers Journey using their Whip Cream Ink Pad.  I layered FSJ Festive Patterns paper and added a bit of lace peaking out.  I used La La Lands Christmas Elf Marci and colored it with my Copics.  I popped the image up with FSJ Foam Squares for dimension on top of the card stock.  I created a ribbon using FSJ Cocoa Powder Gingham Ribbon and used the same ribbon for the tie at the top.  I placed a button tied with twine on top of the bow and some Christmas embellishments I had in my stash. I edged the tag with glass bead gel and some FSJ Journey Sparkle Dust to make it extra sparkly.  Who doesn't love sparkle?  It is adorable and I love the way it came out.  Such a quick and easy tag to make for a gift for that special someone anyone!  I make these as tags and then people can use them as ornaments for years to come!!!!
